Placing an order

​To place an order, select the product type and quantity you want to purchase and follow the website prompts to add them to your cart. Click on View Cart to verify your purchase, then proceed to the checkout. If everything looks correct, click on Place Order.​

 

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an emailed invoice from AV SCIENCE, INC. with a link to pay for your products on-line. This will also serve as an order confirmation. ​

After payment has been submitted, it typically takes one to two business days to process the order and ship; then a paid invoice email will be sent with tracking information and serial number(s). Please keep this information should any warranty issues arise in the future.

 

​By placing an order on our website, you are committing to purchase products from AV SCIENCE, INC. You represent to us that you are purchasing for your own personal use and not for resale, that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you submit with your order is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided. 

 AV SCIENCE, INC. reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel orders that appear to violate any of these representations, including any orders appearing to be from resellers.  Resellers must e-mail AV SCIENCE, INC. at Orders@AVScience.com to inquire about reseller sales.  We may verify certain information before your order is fulfilled, including without limitation your email address, delivery address, payment information, and other personal information.

Warranty

​AV SCIENCE, INC. offers a two-year warranty on its products. Warranty service requires the customer to ship the product, insured and at customer’s sole cost, to AV SCIENCE, INC.’s office in Rochester, NY.  AV SCIENCE, INC. is not responsible for any damage the product may incur in transit. Once the product is repaired or replaced, AV SCIENCE, INC. will pay the cost of return shipping to your location.

Shipping Policy

​Orders ship within 1 or 2 business days after confirmation of payment. Presently, we offer standard ground shipping via the US Postal Service or United Parcel Service;  express service is available at an additional cost. Tracking information will be forwarded when available. All orders are shipped with a signature required for delivery unless expressly requested in writing from the customer.

 

Fees to ship products are as follows:

$20 per box, free shipping for orders over $2,500 - Continental US only.
Shipping for AK and HI residents to be quoted prior to payment.
Cost includes packaging, handling, insurance and postage.

Delivery dates vary based on third party shipping schedules and your location.  Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only.  Depending upon product availability and other factors affecting fulfillment, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. AV SCIENCE, INC. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

​When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages immediately to ensure there are no missing items and test the products for proper function. Please be sure to save the box, any outer shipping carton, and all packing material in the event that you need it for a return shipment.

​​Return & Exchange Policy

​All orders from AV SCIENCE, INC. are subject to our 14-day return policy. If for any reason, your product is defective upon arrival, you must contact us immediately at R_volutionSupport@avscience.com to resolve the issue. After 14 days, the terms of the AV SCIENCE, INC. warranty will apply.

  

A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund.  The return authorization process can be initiated by contacting AV SCIENCE, INC. at R_volutionSupport@avscience.com. You will then be contacted by one of our representatives about your request and additional return instructions may be required.  Any product returned to AV SCIENCE, INC. without a return authorization is not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.

 

Return authorizations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued. Returns that we receive after the expiration of the return period may be refused and returned. Products must be returned in as-new condition with the original packaging and accessories. Returns received in less than as-new condition may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or refused; we will notify you of any issues using the contact information you provided when you placed the order or any updated information you provided when obtaining your return authorization.

 

​Responsibilities 

​AV SCIENCE, INC. cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract concluded on the occasion of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire.

 

With regard to products purchased to meet professional needs, AV SCIENCE, INC. will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of these presents, operating loss, loss of profit, damages or costs, which may arise. - The choice and purchase of a product or service are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

AV SCIENCE, INC. cannot be held responsible or required to reimburse a purchase in the event of malfunction, unavailability or the end of ancillary services made available to you by the manufacturer of a product, such as access to databases online data, the use of external servers or the hardware or software update of products. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to incompatibility of the equipment, cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the liability of AV SCIENCE, INC., except in the case of a proven hidden defect, non-conformity, defect or exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

In the event of a hidden defect, you have the choice between canceling the order or keeping the product against a price reduction. - In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of two months (from the date of departure from our warehouses) to notify you. Beyond this deadline, we will not accept any claim.

Second-hand products

The warranty applies to second-hand products as well as new products. The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.

​Products ordered on the R_volution store are shipped from USA. In the case of a repair of a product validated by the R_volution store, the product must be returned to the shipping address of the company based in the U.S.:
